STEP BY STEP

What the form asks for.

  1. 01

    Choose what you’re sharing

Select the closest category—route, rental operator, hotel or guesthouse, café, restaurant, fuel, bike wash, service or another rider-useful place.

  2. 02

    Tell us where it is

Choose the country and region, then add the town, city or area so riders can understand where the intel belongs.

  3. 03

Add the place and map link

Use the place or business name and paste its Google Maps link. A precise link helps us check the correct location.

  4. 04

    Describe why it helps riders

Share the practical detail you would tell another rider: what was useful, what to expect and anything worth knowing before arrival.

  5. 05

Link it to a route if relevant

If the place sits on or near a ROAMERS route, select that route. This is optional and helps riders find useful stops while planning.

  6. 06

Add when you used it and submit

Include your most recent visit or check date, provide your contact details for moderation, accept the contribution terms and send it for review.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Every submission is reviewed.

ROAMERS checks the details, avoids duplicate listings and labels the source and freshness clearly before anything goes live. Businesses cannot pay for a better position.
